For the DiSalle Hospice Golf Outing, you have the option to purchase a monarch butterfly which will be released into the air to commemorate your loved one. You do not have to be present at the golf outing in order to have your butterfly be released. If you are present the day of, you will receive a laminated certificate to put on your golf cart that says "playing in memory of.."
