Release a Monarch Butterfly in Memory of
$25

  • One of the symbols of Hospice is the butterfly because it represents the "transformation of the spirit, the completion of the life cycle, finally free to take flight." At the DiSalle Hospice Golf Outing, guests can donate $25 to have a Monarch butterfly released in the name of your loved ones who have died.

  • Includes lunch for those who aren't playing in the tournament but would like to honor someone's memory
